What is Everything DiSC?


Everything DiSC is a psychometric tool which requires to take a test online and provides personalised profiles outlining an individual’s communication preference, needs and priorities.

The DiSC model was first proposed in 1928 by William Moulton Marston, a physiological psychologist; the model evolved to become more sophisticated and accurate over the years.

DiSC is used globally by organisations of all sizes who want their teams to strengthen their collaboration and productivity by improving their working relationships.

It has many uses including: improving communication / building leadership capabilities / building effective teams / improving sales / managing conflicts

How to get our personalised DiSC profiles?


All you have to do is complete an online test which will take you no more than 20mins, then you will receive your DiSC profile by email as well as a DiSC podcast episode sharing insights about your specific style

Can we really improve our communication in just one session?


Good communication starts with self-awareness and understanding of each other, and this is exactly what DiSC provides. So in just one session you will get a lot of insights on your unique co-founders’ dynamic, what’s working well and what could be improved to perform even better together.

How can you continue to support us if we want to continue to build a lasting and high-performing partnership?


The DiSC half-day session is the first step of all my programmes - here are the areas I can continue to support you with a 3 months or 6 months programme:


1. Communication and ways of working – to strengthen the foundations of your communication so you transform your joint performance

2. Alignment on values, vision and strategy – to support your long-term growth by rowing in the same direction, in sync

3. Leadership – to develop your leadership capabilities as your team grows and build a strong culture which attracts and retain talents


Each programme includes a mix of 1:1 with each founder and joint sessions as well as frameworks and homework - a 3 months programme is £4.2k + VAT based on a team of 2 co-founders.

Is this offer relevant if we’re in a conflict situation?


Even though I use DiSC when I work with co-founders in crisis, this one-off session wouldn’t be relevant as my approach differs when I help co-founders resolve conflict: I always spend time individually with each founder before a joint-session when I deal with conflict.

What if my co-founder doesn’t want to do it?


I offer a complimentary call to every co-founder who is considering this offer so if you want to do this programme but your co-founder is not keen, suggest that s/he has that call with me before taking a decision so they get a sense of my style and discuss in more details what this session could bring to your partnership.


If s/he still is not interested to explore, you could take up instead a DiSC 1:1 offer which includes your personalised DiSC profile + 2h of debrief and coaching session around your communication style and ways to strengthen your partnership with your co-founder(s).

Is there any payment plan?


No there is no payment plan for this offer, it has to be paid in full before the DiSC profiles get administrated.

Can we get a refund?


Once the DiSC profiles have been administrated, there is no possibility to get a refund for this offer.
